More Underglow Pictures

Well i promised more under glow pictures so here they are....

Underglow Kit

this is basically what the under glow kit looks like but its not completely dark out so i will have more pictures to come.

Tints

So i tinted my windows about 2 weeks ago. i got 35% on the back two windows and the rear wind shield and 50% on the drivers windows. it cost me about $100 for all of them and they came out quite nice. the front windows are dark enough that i wont get pulled over if a cop looks at me because you can see me durring the day and the back is dark enough so that if i want to hide something or take a girl back there and fool aroudn that you cannot see. atleast at night you cant. lol. so im still debating on putting 50% on my fron windshield beause that will really help the effect the front windows have. we will see what happens.

Cleaned lights

On my post about the random picks, i had posted the pictures from after i had cleaned my headlights with out knowing. but if you look at older pictures before that, you can see how much cleaner they look. anyways, what i did was, i took a razor blade and sliced the silicone in half all around the inside of the plastic and then took the two pieces apart. then i cleaned both sided with windex and cleaned all the excess silicone off of the plastic. after i did those steps, i put some alcohol on a paper towel and rubed it on the plastic to get any oils or anything off of it. i then put the two pieces back together and made a nice bead of silicone around the middle of the two pieces. i set it down and let it dry inside my house for about 2 hours and then re-installed it on my car. Repeated on other light.

Interior LEDs

Well i just installed my interior LEDs and they look nice. instead of mounting 2 under my front seat to shine in the back, i mounted them under my hood to accent under the hood. lol. i think it was a cool idea.

well turns out my friends thought that it would sound a little different after i changed my intake but i really dont see the difference.

Here goes nothing. the first time i ever recorded my car on video. oh well this is the video of my friend mike driving my car so i could actually see what it sounds like. i think its pretty cool.

Just Some Random Pictures

Well i jsut have a few pictures here but i still have more to coma as well as a video. i made my friend take a video of my car when i was driving by because i wanted to hear how it sounds and it actually sounded pretty cool. lol. anyways still to come are the pictures of my interior neons as well as my underglow kit. i also took my headlights appart and cleaned them because when i first got the car my hybeams exploded and put a film all over my lens. but now they are very clean and i put in blue xenon bulbs. i also put tints on. 35% on th eback two windows as well as the rear windsheild and 50% on th edrivers windows. but im still getting 50% on th efront windsheild. but i still need to upload all these pictures to my computer before i can post them. sorry. lol. oh and i almost forgot. i painted all the saturn symbold black from red so i have the black and blue theme finally completed on the car.

Blue Reverse Lights

Ok this basically speaks for itself. i went to pepboys and bought blue covers for my reverse lights so now they r blue.

Tinted Tail Lights

So i took out the tail lights and baught this tinting spray from an autobody store and put about 2 coats on them and then a coat of clear. i also did my side lights.

New interior and exterior.....

Now as for the exterior, i tinted the tail lights as well as the side signals and added a few switches in the dash. the mictures of the outside will be added shortly. the first switch is for tha foglights i just installed and the second switch is for the blue underglow kit that im awaiting in the mail. there will be 1 more switch up there considering if i get the interior neons which 2 will go under the front dash and 1 in the trunk and 1 under the hood. still to come are pictures of all my lights at night as welll as the JDM Titanium Burnt tip Muffler which i am also waiting for in the mail.

The New Under the hood Upgrades

So first off, under the hood i have added a few more modifications as you can see. the first thing i changed was the spark plug wires. by changing these, the car runs a lot smoother. Secondly, i put a new intake head on. its a matrix. it is made for a truck but i modified it to fit my car. all the blue wires are just covers over wires sort of as show but also as a heat protect ant. now the final upgrade under the hood which you will see in my next picture is the new air horn i installed.

My Sound!!!!!

These are my 2 12" MTX Audio Subs. I love them. i dont think i can go a day of driving without them. they make my car and everyone elses car around me shake. i also installed them myself. they are powered by a 400 watt MTX Audio Terminator amplifier. its not much but for my tiny car, it puts out a good punch.

ok now the interior

Now as for my modified interior, my car is aboslutley plastic all around which is bad but good in a way. i took out all the small pieces that i figured i could paint and did so. i think it looks pretty cool considering that ive never seen it done before. i also added a new aiwa dash radio and Pioneer speakers.

My first upgrade!!!

This would be my cold air intake. it costed about $75 and i installed it myself. it gives me an estimated 5 miles per gallon extra in fuel efficiency and as for horse power, a low 15 horses. But either way, it makes an awesome sound. I also replaced my stock spark pluge and installed bosh platinums. they burn hotter when the engine runst to make the car runn smoother cleaner and better all together. i still haev to replace my wires though.

Now to the stock engine

Here is the engine. i try to keep it as clean as possible and its actually staying pretty clean. but you will see some upgrades soon.

My Car

So here is my car. It is a 2002 saturn sl1. its a new fun little toy for me to fool around with. I took the time to clean up the engine. the rims on the car are still stock but i took off the hubcaps, shined up the black rims and added some chrome air caps. other than that, so far its all stock.
